分别借助两种转染试剂，将绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)转染至16种常用细胞系。转染48小时后以荧光显微镜观察GFP表达情况。（Lipofectamine® 2000 为Invitrogen的注册商标）

分别借助两种转染试剂，将荧光素酶表达质粒及对应siRNA转染至两种常用细胞系（H1299、HEK293），转染48小时后通过检测荧光素酶的表达活性比较其转染效率。蓝色表示单独转染荧光素酶表达质粒，红色表示荧光素酶表达质粒与对应的siRNA共转染。从检测结果可得，EndoFectin Max对质粒及siRNA转染效果均比Lipofectamine® 2000更高。（Lipofectamine® 2000 为Invitrogen的注册商标）
