慢病毒包装试剂盒
GeneCopoeia的Lenti-Pac™ HIV 表达包装系统包括优化的慢病毒包装质粒,eGFP阳性对照质粒,EndoFectin™转染试剂,增加病毒产量的TiterBoost™滴度增强剂。该系统与GeneCopoeia的ORF、shRNA、miRNA及Promoter克隆配套使用保证更高滴度和更高表达水平。
HIV包装系统中的包装质粒经过设计调整,确保将重组子包装成具有高感染率的慢病毒颗粒,同时防止了病毒的自我复制。
293Ta慢病毒包装细胞系
293Ta包装细胞系是常用于病毒包装的工具细胞。Lenti-Pac™ 293Ta包装细胞系转染效率高,能够实现病毒蛋白高水平的表达。
慢病毒浓缩试剂
Lenti-Pac™ 慢病毒浓缩试剂是GeneCopoeia为用户设计的用于快速、简便浓缩慢病毒颗粒的慢病毒浓缩试剂。实验操作时只需将浓缩试剂与需浓缩的慢病毒上清液混合,经短暂孵育,普通离心机离心即可。
慢病毒滴度检测试剂盒
GeneCopoeia设计的Lenti-Pac™ HIV qRT-PCR慢病毒滴度检测试剂盒可快速、简便地测定病毒拷贝数,并确定病毒包装是否成功。该试剂盒主要组分包括RNA抽提试剂,qRT-PCR反应试剂以及内参对照。慢病毒的RNA基因组被反转录后用基于SYBR® Green I原理的qRT-PCR技术进行定量。
