表达SARS-CoV-2病毒蛋白的慢病毒

用于表达SARS-CoV-2病毒蛋白的慢病毒颗粒有两个主要用途:

1、Lentifect™ SARS-CoV-2 S 蛋白假慢病毒,目前常用的慢病毒是由病毒包膜中表达囊泡状气孔病毒G糖蛋白(VSV-G)产生的,这类慢病毒能够广泛进入哺乳动物细胞。然而在慢病毒包装过程中,编码VSV-G的包装质粒可以被表达SARS-CoV-2 S 蛋白的质粒所替代,这类病毒针对性的感染表达ACE2的细胞,而ACE2是人类SARS-CoV-2感染受体 (Ou, X., et al., 2020.
