简介
SARS-CoV-2即新冠病毒。研究表明,超过1000种来自不同细胞途径的人类蛋白质是SARS-CoV-2的相互作用伴侣。通过与宿主细胞蛋白质相互作用,SARS-CoV-2破坏了正常的细胞功能,并利用细胞设备进行自我复制。例如,SARS-CoV-2病毒蛋白Nsp2靶向翻译起始因子eIF4E2以利用宿主翻译机制,ORF3a与VPS39结合抑制自噬,NSP12促进RIPK1活化从而刺激ACE2和EGFR受体用于病毒复制。
