GeneCopoeia 提供 GLuc-ON™ TCF/LEF 转录响应元件（TRE）慢病毒克隆，用以检测 TCF/LEF 转录因子对 Wnt 信号通路的作用。TCF/LEF 转录因子会召集 β-链蛋白，启动多个 Wnt 信号通路关键基因的表达。Wnt 信号通路在胚胎发育中起基础性的作用，它的调控紊乱被认为与癌症或 II型糖尿病等疾病有关。

GLuc-ON™ TCF/LEF TRE 慢病毒克隆包含一组串联的TCF/LEF TRE元件；这些元件位于一个miniCMV 启动子的上游，启动GLuc报告基因的表达。GLuc基因是一个分泌型的蛋白，无需裂解细胞就能从培养基中获得实验样本进行快速方便的检测。TRE元件的序列、数目及间隔都经过优化，以使得GLuc基因对刺激的应答更为灵敏。GLuc-ON™ TCF/LEF TRE 慢病毒克隆以转染级质粒 DNA 的形式发货。您可以同时选购阴性对照、阳性对照及分泌碱性磷酸化酶的内参对照克隆。
