简介

离子通道(Ion channnels)是细胞膜(包括细胞质膜和细胞内膜)上具有特殊功能的跨膜蛋白质,由于带电的离子不能自由通过磷脂双分子层,只能通过细胞膜上的离子通道进行转运。离子通道存在于所有细胞的膜中,其分布及活性对细胞、组织的兴奋性及功能十分重要,人体组织中存在多种离子通道,每种通道又存在多种亚型,如钙离子通道包括KCTD10、KCNMA1、KCNIP2、SCN5A和CHRNA3等成员,钾离子通道包括TASK-1、TASK-3、TREK-1、MthK等成员,每个成员的核酸序列特异。它们既是生理调节的重要因素,又可作为药物作用的靶点研制新的特异性药物。
