AccelerRT® Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase是M-MLV的缺失突变型RNase H-的反转录酶。由于RNase H能够催化降解 DNA/RNA杂合体中的RNA，因此在cDNA第一条链的合成反应中可能会降解RNA/DNA杂合体中的模板RNA。本酶的RNase H活性缺失，延伸能力强，可用于较长的cDNA合成以及Real Time RT-PCR反应等。
