简介
组蛋白修饰是指组蛋白在相关酶作用下以动态方式发生甲基化、乙酰化、磷酸化、腺苷酸化、泛素化、ADP核糖基化等修饰的过程。组蛋白修饰酶包括:控制乙酰化的组蛋白乙酰转移酶HAT和组蛋白去乙酰化酶HDAC;甲基化的组蛋白甲基转移酶HMTs/KMTs、蛋白精氨酸甲基转移酶PRMTs、赖氨酸去甲基酶KDMs;泛素化的组蛋白泛素连接酶和去泛素化酶。组蛋白修饰是表观遗传学的主要形式之一,在遗传表达和表型调控中起着重要作用。例如,组蛋白修饰对神经系统相关基因表达有促进或抑制作用,而神经系统相关基因参与神经系统的正常功能、适应性调节和神经退行性疾病的发生,组蛋白修饰类型不同,作用不同。
