At GeneCopoeia, we offer customized genotyping services for knock-out, knock-in, transgenic, or any other genetically-modified mouse strains. Multiple sample types are accepted, including tails, ear or formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues.

Genomic DNA extraction from mouse tail, ear or FFPE samples .
Genotyping by PCR.
QC analysis using positive and negative control samples
Fast turnaround:
The Genotyping report including gel image will be delivered by email in 24-72hours after we receive mouse samples.

Customers must provide the following items: PCR primers, positive and negative controls, gel picture of proven PCR reaction.
